GA Pickin
Originally from California, GA Pickin came to Britain as a student and settled in the UK permanently in 1976. Now living in Stranraer, she sings and plays guitar and concertina in a band, Luce Women, specialising in traditional music. Her short stories have appeared in a number of anthologies, including New Scottish Writing 1997, Neonlit: Time Out Book of New Writing and Murmurations: An Anthology of Uncanny Stories About Birds.
